1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you") and Crickex App ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Crickex App platform — whether through the website at crickexapp.pro or through the mobile application — you unconditionally accept these Terms.

Your acceptance covers all features of the platform including sports betting markets, PSL and T20 cricket betting, slots, fish games, live casino, deposits, withdrawals, and all customer-facing services. If you are acting on behalf of another person, you confirm you have full authority to bind that individual to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to the Crickex App platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which apply at all times:

If we discover that an underage person has created an account, that account will be immediately closed and any funds held will be returned after identity verification.
• Identity: You must be a real individual — not a corporation, trust, or automated entity — using your own genuine identity and personal details.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted only one account on the Crickex App platform. Operating multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: If you have previously applied for self-exclusion or a cooling-off period on this platform, you may not create a new account during that period.

3. Account Registration

To use the core features of Crickex App — placing bets, playing games, depositing and withdrawing in PKR — you must register an account. Registration is free and open to eligible users.

3.1 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. This includes your name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms. We may request supporting documentation to verify any information you provide and reserve the right to suspend accounts pending verification.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure and confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. Any activity that takes place on your account is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to us in writing. Use a strong, unique password and change it immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. We reserve the right to close or suspend any account that violates these Terms, is found to be involved in fraudulent activity, is associated with chargebacks, or where we have reasonable grounds to believe the account is being misused.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the Crickex App platform are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). We support deposits and withdrawals through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards, and mobile wallets.

4.1 Deposits

Deposit transactions are typically processed and reflected in your account within minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Processing times for bank transfers and cards may vary depending on your bank or financial institution. You agree not to initiate chargebacks on deposits made to the platform. Any chargeback initiated without a legitimate dispute resolution process may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. We aim to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, verification checks may cause delays in some cases. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts and payment methods registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within the platform. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant changes in advance.

4.4 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings and payments are denominated in PKR. There are no hidden currency conversion fees applied by the platform on standard PKR transactions. Your payment provider may apply fees independent of the platform — you should check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank for their own fee schedules.

5. Betting Rules

Sports betting on Crickex App covers cricket including PSL and T20 internationals, football, esports, and other sports as available. All bets are subject to the following general rules.

5.1 Placing Bets

A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation from the platform. Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet before confirming it — the correct event, the correct market, and the correct stake amount.

5.2 Odds

All odds are displayed at the time of placing the bet. For pre-match bets, the odds at time of confirmation apply. For live in-play bets, odds may change rapidly; the odds accepted at the point of confirmation apply, not odds displayed before confirmation was clicked.

5.3 Voided Bets

Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, obvious pricing errors, technical faults that resulted in an incorrect price, or where there is evidence of match manipulation. Voided bets are returned to your account balance as stake credit.

5.4 Cricket and PSL Specific Rules

For PSL and T20 cricket betting, matches must complete a minimum number of overs as specified per market for bets to stand. Reduced matches due to weather or other interruptions are subject to DLS method or match rules that govern the relevant competition. These rules follow standard cricket betting industry practice.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Crickex App may from time to time offer bonuses, deposit matches, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives to users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms attached to each offer, which will be published alongside the promotion.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting to exploit promotions, or using technical exploits — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time, including removing a bonus from an account where we believe it has been claimed in breach of these Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry wagering requirements — a minimum amount that must be wagered before the bonus or winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirements for each promotion will be displayed clearly at the time the bonus is offered. If no wagering requirement is stated, the default requirement will be specified in the individual promotion terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Crickex App platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, whether using your own identity or a third party's.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known error will be voided.
• Money laundering — using the platform to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine entertainment betting.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person without explicit authorisation, or funding an account on behalf of an ineligible or self-excluded individual.
• Any form of collusion with other players to fix outcomes, manipulate markets, or defraud the platform.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location during verification.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes on deposits that were legitimately made and used on the platform.

10. Privacy and Data
